Finansbank needed to break through a performance plateau. We rebuilt their acquisition model around real banking intent signals — not demographics.

Finansbank is one of Turkey's largest private banks, serving millions of retail and business customers through a growing digital-first product suite. With strong brand recognition but slowing digital acquisition growth, they needed a partner who could unlock the next tier of performance without increasing media spend.

Finansbank's performance marketing had hit a ceiling. Cost per funded account had climbed steadily for six quarters, and the acquisition team had exhausted their existing audience playbook. They needed a fundamentally different approach to finding new banking customers — one that didn't rely on saturated interest-based segments everyone else was targeting.

Behavioral Signal Targeting

We rebuilt audience strategy using behavioral signals that correlate with banking intent — users researching mortgage options, comparing savings rates, actively using personal finance apps. This replaced broad demographic targeting with precise, high-intent segments that converted at 3x the previous rate.

Lifecycle-Based Creative Architecture

We developed separate creative systems for acquisition, activation, and reactivation. New customer creative led with specific product benefits. Existing customer creative focused on cross-sell triggers tied to life events and spending patterns.

Meta Conversion API Integration

We connected Finansbank's CRM data to Meta's Conversion API, improving signal quality and enabling the algorithm to optimize toward funded accounts rather than clicks or form fills.
